Criminal History
This search is recommended for all applicants. Felonies, misdemeanors or both can be searched on a county, state and federal level. These records are consistently updated and continuously monitored for accuracy. The following items are covered in a record search: subject name, date of search, search period, type of record, the court's jurisdiction and location, applicable charges, case number and final disposition.

ChoicePoint National Criminal File
ChoicePoint National Criminal File searches multiple criminal record sources, including fugitive files, state and county criminal record repositories, ChoicePoint proprietary record information, prison parole and release files and public records from other state agencies. Most results are available in seconds and all information is Fair Credit Reporting Act-compliant.

Identity Verification
Our Social Security number verification search provides warnings if a specific Social Security number may never have been issued, may have been issued to a person who has been reported deceased, or is currently being used by other individuals.

Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs)

Esteem®
Esteem is a theft database used by members to supplement their background check process. Esteem searches can help verify whether a job candidate or current employee has been dismissed by a prior employer because to theft, prosecuted for shoplifting, acquired a criminal record, or submitted false Social Security numbers for employment purposes.
