How it works

ChoicePoint, on behalf of our customers, hosts a Web site, that allows candidates to complete employment application forms online. Recruiters can then review the application form online and, with one click, initiate a background investigation.

Recruiters can also experience a reduction in the number of phone calls they receive from candidates, because candidates are informed about the status of their applications through automatic e-mails from the system.

Recruiters do not need to type data into ChoicePoint background investigation systems or fax application forms to ChoicePoint. ChoicePoint’s online system validates the data that is entered by candidates, and recruiters can select the background package(s) they need and initiate background investigations.
